Whether your child has minimal experience with structured sport or is aspiring to high level training the more detail you can provide us about their experience in sport, the better we will be able to assist you

CSP YOUTH MEMBERS
This program is aimed at kids aged from 14-17 years who are looking for a edge in their training
Whether your child is involved in a Team Sport or Individual discipline our Coaches are available to work with them to assess, plan and work towards their personal goals.
This will offer our Athlete Development members an opportunity to come into the gym and work through their own personalised training program.
During this time a CSP Coach will be supervising the gym floor and will be able to help and guide our athletes
Ashfield | CSP Youth Membership
$100 Start up + $40 per week
45-60 min Athlete screening and assessment with a CSP Coach
Goals and Training discussion including nutrition review and planning
Individual program using Team Builder App
Gym Education and development of exercise library
Transition into supervised staff open gym time
What age do you cater for?
Our CSP Gym Based programs are suitable for kids aged from 12 years + & our CSP Youth Program is suitable for young people aged from 14 years
What do the kids wear?
Comfortable active wear, that will allow them to complete a full range of movement.
Runners/Sneakers and Socks
What do we need to bring?
Where can we park?
Parking is available under Wests Ashfield Car park. Best parking level is on B2 West
Can we just come casually?
Yes, We can offer casual sessions
Do we need to stay and supervise?
For Kids aged 9-12 years we ask that parents/carers stay close by
How do we make payment?
Payments need to be made in advance by Bank Transfer. Payment by invoice can also be organsied.
What facilities do you have?
We have a water refill station and Toilets amenties are in walking distance inside Wests Ashfield Leaguse Club
