
BALANCE
Our BALANCE Classes are designed for those looking for a structured training program. Over the week you will be continually challenged to improve both your Fitness and Strength levels. This program has the ability to be performed by both beginner and Intermediate levels and allows each individual to work within their own limitations.
PERFORMANCE
PERFORMANCE Program is designed for those wanting to compete in the Sport of Fitness. This program is uniquely periodised around the CrossFit Competition Season and helps each athlete improve and build on the Skill and Fitness required to compete in this tough sport.


STRENGTH
The STRENGTH Program at CSP goes through a 5 Week Mirco Cycle. Each cycle of training is designed to build both Lean Muscle and help enforce Quality Technique through a variety of different elements.
METCON
METCON Classes at CSP are our chance to get all of our whole community working up a sweat together in a Structured Class environment. We structure these classes in the middle and end of the week allowing our members to build their fitness levels.


ATHLETE FACTORY
We believe that good habits start early. Our plan is to improve these young athletes and gym new Comers Technique and knowledge in the gym environment lasting them well outside of the our training sessions. We want to give the young athletes a great stepping stone with the right guidance and support in a supportive Team environment.
SWIMFIT
CSP SWIMFIT caters to everyone, it has a goal to get people comfortable swimming in a workout environment. With a seamless combination of Swimming and functional movement, this program will get you excited to learn new strokes, improve on your swimming fitness base, and have fun becoming familiar with a water workout. This program is run within a controlled and certified environment, with Life Guard and qualified training staff to deliver movements and workouts each week.


LETS GET GOING
“LET’S GET GOING” is a non-profit mentor and experience program. We aspire to promote the health and well being of adults from the age of 18 years old with an intellectual or physical challenge. Physical inactivity amongst our participants is a major problem. One of our goals is to provide a fitness program that will be fun, safe and enhance social relationships; as well as establishing a pattern of physical activity to promote wellness throughout adult life.
BOXING
CSP offers a high intensity structured boxing program. It is aimed to improve reaction times, as well as strengthen the upper body via various boxing combinations and functional movement. Everyone deserves a chance to learn how to box and use boxing as a fitness tool for weight loss, strength endurance, and can also be your ultimate conditioning program.


BOOTCAMP
BOOTCAMP is designed to offer a total body workout in each session. We have a strong emphasis on quality and safe movement. This is evident in the programming looking at functional movement married in with high intensity interval circuits. We are always encouraging camaraderie between fellow members within each workout, team work, and determination is encouraged to make the most out of your workout.
BODYFIT
Bodyfit is a class designed around functional training, strength, Cardio and abdominal workouts broken up into separate parts in the session. It is suitable for all fitness levels.
